Ordering

Since all of our product are handmade and prepared from a variety of production sources , it is possible the product you are looking for is not available or the image may not be exactly the same product. hence any change in the shape and appearance of your interested product will be notified to you.

Term and condition of ordering is as follows

- After your order , an email containing payment information and electronic access to goods or similar goods will be send to you.

- After your payment and confirm your order, we will deliver it to your preferred mail less than 1 business day and a copy of your shipping detail will be emailed to you

- lock of acceptance of your order may be for the following reasons:

- The product ordered is not available (you can buy the same goods that we propose or contact us to make your interested product)

- The rules and regulations of your country that we can not send the goods

 

Payments

All prices are plus VAT. But the cost of shipping and delivery regulations in your country are not included.

We only accept payment through PayPal.

If you are not happy with the item sent you have the right to cancel this contract

1.whithin 7 working days let us know Dissatisfaction and return the good

2.the good should reach us with the original packing and without any damage.

3.refund your payment will be done within 30 working days

4. if the item is defective we have the right not to accept canceling of contract

5.the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
